My name is Gian and I'm a 33 year-old, Star Wars and sci-fi nerd, as well as a coffee and beer snob.  Pizza is also my love language.  Born and raised in Manila, Philippines until I was 11, Virginia Beach is my home.  Most importantly, I'm married to the love of my life, Pattee.  

My love affair with photography started back in 2008 when I picked up my first DSLR camera: a Nikon D40.  The feeling of looking through the viewfinder (nerdy term alert) while pressing the shutter button to capture a moment just felt so fascinating compared to a point-and-shoot.  It felt natural to me.

Ten years later, after taking an intro course in Photography at a local Community College, second shooting at Weddings, and 33 Weddings (and going) as Lead Photographer, I finally developed my WHY.  What started out as a creative outlet evolved into something more. Creating art became more about building lasting relationships by loving and serving my clients well, and capturing moments that matter to tell stories that last.
